I wanted to keep the wiring on my solar install tidy. I made a 90 degree guide for a pair of cables (negative and positive) with a 6 mm outer diameter.
The clips use simple nylon zip ties to constrain the cables to the guide, and small wood screw (hole is 3.9 mm ID, 1mm countersunk so screw is flush). I have attached some pictures where I have used them on my DC isolator. My cables are 6mm^2 (9 AWG) flexible silicone cables with an outer diameter of 6 mm. It is recommended that the bend radius of 6D is not exceeded, therefore the bend radius is > 25 mm.
I have attached the FreeCAD model for those who are interested. I hope it helps someone with their .cable management :-)
