I tried so many other cable ties for my CR5 but they all ended up falling off. I believe that TPU is a superior material for this application because it is flexible and can bend with the wiring loom and PTFE tube. Since it is flexible it will cause less abrasion on the wiring loom. So I designed my own cable clip specifically for TPU. It is unlikely that this will work with a more rigid material. The PTFE clip is a simple C clip found on most other solutions. The loom clip is unique since it allows the two ends to slip into each other and lock together. The flexible material allows you to bend the arms around the wiring loom and then lock them together. The lock between the arms works far better than I anticipated and the clips stayed locked on even while I was abusively manipulating the cabling to fit more on.

I printed these in 95A TPU, 0.2mm layer height with 20% infill. I made them quite tall to help ensure they stay attached but it may be overkill. You can easily change the height in the slicer from 12mm to whatever you think is appropriate (5mm-10mm is probably sufficient).
