2040 Extrusion Mounted Box (fits under Sovol SV06 print bed)

I designed this to fit under the SV06 print bed (hence the slight sloping top to avoid hitting the linear rail guides) but can be used on any 2040 extrusion.

Dimensions:

• Box opening: 156.7mm x 36.7mm
• ‘Bottom’ of box (due to slanted sizes): 133.6mm x 29.3mm 
• Depth: 50mm externally (47mm interior depth with lid attached)

It uses the 'clips' from bassamanator's excellent 2040 frame mounting model to attach the box to the extrusion - so you'll need to print 4 of the clips and one wrench from this model too...

The top surface slopes down so that the underneath of the SV06 print bed didn't impact it when the Y axis moves forward and back. But this only removes around 8mm from the height at the back of the box.
Let me know if you want a version which doesn't slope!?

There are cutouts in each end of the box for cables to pass through but I can upload a model without any cutouts if anyone wants one??

There are 2 versions of this model…

1. One basic empty box without any extrusions inside
2. One with some extrusions spaced to hold the USB power adapter and RPi relay module linked below.
   It was originally designed to hold a 5V USB power supply and Raspberry Pi relay module - I wanted to power the RPi from the SV06 power input, and control my 24V printer power from inside Klipper so that the printer can be switched off automatically after a print. Happy to share my wiring diagram if anyone wants to do the same?
   The spacing of the mounting points inside the box is designed to fit:

The lid is an interference fit and is held in place quite securely with friction.
