One Line Art Envelope for Vouchers, Invitations and Gifts

I made some very thin envelopes to place invitations or vouchers for special events, or maybe cash gifts. In order to make the event ideas visible from the outside, I created one-line arts with KI and placed them on it (most of the pictures are post-processed after KI-generated, but it is a realy nice possibility).

I needed one but was “on the flow” - so i created different motifs for you - even not printed all of them. I would be very happy about your makes!

Printing

The envelopes have a thickness of 0.4mm but only 0.2mm at the predetermined breaking points, so you can fold them over and glue them together. 

The motif is 0.2mm. In order to print the motif on the envelope, it is necessary that you change your layer hight after first layer to 0.1mm: 

So you can switch your color at 0,5mm so the One Line Art is attached on the envelope.

Make sure your print bed is clean.

Sizing: 

100% uses exactly the surface area of the MK4 and at the same time the envelope offers the perfect size for a standard postcard or a bi-fold A4 sheet. 

50% is enough for a cash gift or short message. 

If you size: Only size X and Y. 

Assembling: 

You can stick it together like a regular envelope with a Strong Glue. To close (an reopen) the top opening, I recommend a piece of strong double-sided tape, as the material is of course a bit stronger than regular paper :)

Is it possible to send the letters? I wouldn't do it - the machine processing in letter centers would probably damage the print. I didn't try it.

The Line Arts I used, where created by CoPilot. To be fair to you - and also to my own abilities - but also to the AI, I say openly here that I did not create the drawings myself. However, I didn't like many of the motifs completely, so I changed the paths in a graphics program if there was more to change (Affinity). For minor changes, this can be done directly in Fusion360.
