This is a replica of the Aerostitch gascard made for the Honda Trail 125, with cutouts for measuring chain sag at 25mm and 35mm per OEM spec.
Evaporative fuel nozzles are installed in several states in the USA but make it a difficult two handed operation for some motorcycles to refuel, particularly if you have lower grip strength. The gascard slides over the nozzle and locks in behind the main flange, holding back the evaporative seal to allow one handed refueling.
The original model is available here, and is fully parametric. When printed this model is 80mm x 52mm x 4mm, which is slightly smaller than 4 credit cards stacked on top of each other.
If you wanted to use this on a different motorcycle and adjust the sag, modify the variables ChainLimit_High and ChainLimit_Low to meet your manufacturer's chain sag specification.
The strength of this model comes from the walls, not the top/bottom layers, so 4 walls + 2 top, 2 bottom @ 15% is what I've been using for the last 2 months with PLA and it's been working great.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
