This is a simple holder that attaches two sheets to each other using a hidden nut. There are several sizes available (M3, M5) with different insets (5mm, 10mm, 15mm) and different cutouts (3mm, 5mm).

Can be printed from top or bottom. Works nicely on Prusa i3 MK3 0.6mm nozzle and Prusa i4 0.4mm nozzle, both prints made with PLA.
Set your slicer to pause the print after the last layer of the M3/M5 holder, insert the nut, and then finish the print.
