Digimon Adventure: Tag & Crest (Interchangeable)

I couldn’t believe this wasn’t already an available model! Here’s my version of the Tags and Crests found in Digimon Adventure, so you too can relive your dreams of being a Digidestined.

The tag is approximately 53mm tall, perfect for a necklace or keychain.

This prints as two separate pieces - the tag, and the crest - which can be combined following printing. Due to this, it's easy to switch out the different tags. It has quite a tight friction fit to hold the crest in place, this has worked on my BambuLab P1S but happy to make versions with other tolerances if people have issues.

For best results, use a 0.2mm nozzle. It should still be possible with a 0.4mm nozzle but be aware it will lose the finer details.

Printing tips

Nozzle size: 0.2mm

Layer height: 0.1mm

Walls: 4

Top shell layers: 6 or more

Bottom shell layers: 4

Infill: 8% Gyroid

Behind the model

I made this in SolidWorks with a variety of reference images, before printing on my BambuLab P1S. The tag is in eSun Silk PLA, the crests are eSun PLA+.
