Fence System for Aluminum Shear

This is a fence and stop block system designed to replace the stock fence/scale on the 12" aluminum shear sold by Main Trophy.  This is built with tintypes in mind, so the work is supported on the shear's bed with the offcut going off the edge.

You only need to print one of the fence files.  The fence.stl file should fit on a 250x250 print bed oriented diagonally, and it extends a little bit past the edge of the shear's bed when installed.  The fence_short.stl file is short enough to fit on a 150x150 print bed, and it doesn't hang off the edge of the shear, but of course it will leave you with a reduced cut capacity.

Install an M3 heat set insert in the larger hole in the dovetail shaped stopper file.  You'll need an M3 thumb screw to lock down the stop block on the fence, I recommend M3x15.
