The projection unit of a radio controlled alarm clock went off after it fell to the floor (frequently I assume). The projection unit can be swiveled around about 90 °, i.e. the repaired one should have kind of a stop.

The model consists of two halves, because I did not want to cut the electric connections.

After taking both the clock and the projection unit apart, the halves can be put in and fastened with the silicone rubber ring of the original clock.

After putting it together again it works as expected.

The parts are quite tiny and the “nose” that acts as a swivel stop, breaks easily (unfortunately).

Printed using PETG, Prusa Mini+, 0.1 mm layer height ("detail"), standard supports, 100 % infill.
