Low poly anatomical heart - solid

The anatomically correct heart, but made as a solid body. No hollow-outs, no polygon intersections. Should be “water tight”.

Removed all the inside faces with normals pointing the inside of the heart. Closed all the vein and arteries. Slightly modified sizes here and there.
