MK4 xLCD - Cyberpunk edition

I had a cover display from user @Unismo on my MK3S+ printer. After upgrading to MK4 and MMU3, I wanted to have a similar display again. So here it is.

The model is for both R2 (Compatible with xLCD v27 or older (check the PCB)) and R3 (Compatible with xLCD v28 or newer (check the PCB))

Printed with PLA and glow in the dark filament. If you print with glow in the dark filament, don't forget the hardened nozzle.
