Its made for decoration or for holding a beer can. Inner dimensions are 71mm diameter and 105mm depth. Resize it if you want to make it fit for a cup or beer bottle.

Set the Z-seam to user specified and set it on the side of the handle, so the seam will be hidden. I printed it with supports for the handle.
