Be sure to leave a make and “like” my design! :D
MiniDSP 2x4HD, loved by audio enthusiasts for calibrating many subwoofers or having active crossovers for their HiFi setup.
Unfortunately, it's connection layout and light weight make it annoying to have in a lounge installation with no mess.
This bracket allows you to fix it in position in any orientation - under a shelf, behind a cabinet, on a Rack, a wall, or even the cabinet of your amplifier.
Usage:
The friction fit will hold the unit in place and will not interfere with the rubber feet.
Printed in PLA you can flex it enough to clip onto the unit but this may be too hard once it's screwed in place.
I provided 2 sets of holes so you can screw in place with the unit fitted if you have difficult access, or use the “no wings” one for a more refined look.
Printing:
Both designs load in the slicer - delete what you don't want.
Print as is - standing with the triangle tip at top and no supports or brim.
20% infil, 0.3mm PLA+ material I used.
3 walls, 4 top/bottom layers.
Bill of Materials:
M3 countersunk screws - use 1 or 2 as you decide.
