Description

PDF

This thing is a front mask with throughput for a round cable (24,5mm) for the Sommer Cable Stagebox 32 Channel MKII.

The second file is half of the cable strain relief system.

Should be a snug fit.

It was made in a hurry for a pal who was building his practice/demostudio and I failed to take photos. I'll go by his studio one day and take the pics...

Instructions

Print one or two frontpanels. Print two strain reliefs.

If you print two faceplates glue them back to back. Then glue the flange of one of the strain reliefs to the through hole of the faceplate.

Now the assembly should be screwed onto the box from the inside so that the strain relief stays on the inside. Screw the other half of the relief to the first one.

Might not be nuclearproof (=live gigproof) but seems to have worked for the past 4 months of near daily demo/practice use.

This is what I used:

; layer_height = 0.35

; perimeters = 3

; top_solid_layers = 3

; bottom_solid_layers = 3

; fill_density = 0.8

; perimeter_speed = 30

; infill_speed = 60

; travel_speed = 130

; scale = 1

; nozzle_diameter = 0.35
