Ercf v.2 full build

Entire build of the 8 channel Ercf v.2. Id suggest downloading the part tracker to be able to keep track of what you've already printed and what you still need. All parts are already oriented correctly ands set for an 8 channel with BTT MMB and cotton tail buffer changes can be made from the part tracker and will show you what parts you may need to change from my configuration.
