The device consists of two printable items:
Nozzle: This one in a print in place item that includes a spherical ball with a path for the filament in a way that this ball can freely move inside a dedicated cover. The filament is routed through the path of the spherical ball and in this way keeps the filament from from unnecessary frictions.
Attached are two versions of this item: Loose, which is using 0.5 mm gap and a Tight that is using about 0.3mm gap. I found that the Loose version works fine.
M10 Nut: Used to connect the Nuzzle to the DELACK Enclosure from inside.
Everything was printed using PLA 15% infill at 0.1mm Detailed mode.
Attached are also bgcode files for MK4. If you are using other printers please print the Nozzle in its vertical position (Threaded side up) and use support on the Nozzle base.
Let me know how it came out on your side.
