Aqara G4 Doorbell Chime Repeater Holder - UK Plug

Holder for the Aqara G4 chime/repeater unit.

Just slot on to the front of your USB plug and pop the chime unit in the top. 

The STL should be orientated already with the ‘back’ of the model on the print bed - this works well for printing but you'll need supports to make sure the chime holder prints properly, tree supports worked well for me.
There are no overly complex or difficult to print features so your default layer heights and speeds are generally going to be fine, I've printed a couple of these for friends at various layer heights between 0.1 and 0.35mm (and using 0.4 and 0.6mm nozzles) and they all worked fine.

I found that I could minimise supports by orienting the model on it's side and rotating 45° so that the edge of the chime holder is touching the print bed (see images) - this will only work if your printer can reliably print 45° overhangs without support.

Have attached the STEP file too so you can remix if you need to change any dimensions for your own plug shape.
