A scalp massager is a perfect quick print to show of your 3D printer. The core can be printed in less than 60 minutes, and during that time you can prepare the 16 individual wires from a 3D printing filament.

Supports: Not needed

Layer height: 0,20 mm

Material: PLA, PETG

Infill: 0%

Raft: Not needed

 

Assembly instructions

  • Print the provided model
  • Cut 8 short & 8 long pieces of 3D printing filament
    • Recommended short length: 12cm
    • Recommended long length: 17cm
    • PETG if preferred, but PLA will work too
    • The filament has to be 1,75mm in diameter
    • Make sure to cut the filament perpendicular to avoid the ends being sharp
  • Assemble the shorter pieces to inner holes (8 pcs)
    • Use pliers to push the filament into the holes. No glue needed.
    • Be careful and push them straight into the holes, otherwise they might break.
  • Assemble the longer pieces to outer holes (8 pcs)
  • Adjust by bending the filaments as required
  • Enjoy!
