E3D V6 threaded nozzle tray

A simple tray to keep my various sizes of V6 nozzles organized.  The holes have M6x1 threads that are offset 0.2mm.  This makes it very easy to insert the nozzles, while still holding them securely.  This allows it to be printed at 0.2mm layer height for speed, while maintaining functional threads.

I printed this with Prusament PETG with a color change at Layer 3 for visual clarity. The size of the text requires a nozzle opening of 0.4mm or less.  Printing face down requires zero supports and zero infill.  

If you slice it yourself, I recommend activating the “Avoid crossing perimeters” in the print settings.  It really helps to keep the threads clean.
