The design uses the t-nut system, so you will need an M2.5 screw and a nut. Here's a video on how they work:

It's quite a difficult print, so make sure you have dialed in your filament settings well. I printed my model without supports and it turned out well, but I believe using tree supports wouldn't hurt.
