The only thing I had to do was to take some of the material from the back cover (near the holes to fit the display). Thanks!!
(Printed in PLA)

Nice design, fits to the screen. The M3 Screws provided by the screen can be used, connectors and buttons are accessible. Only the lower front frame part could be better supported or attached to the base.
Thanks for the model and sharing!

Absolutely perfect design! Thank you very much for creating and sharing!

What type of screws do you use to hold it together? Thanks!

@Nathan_1538884 Thank you for posting your make! Looks great!

Awesome ! Thank you for sharing.

Fits perfectly !

Printed in silver PETG. 0.2mm layer height, 15% infill.

Now need a protective slip cover or clamshell version ! (Nudge nudge wink wink !)

@rooihond_12399 Thank you for posting your make! I'm glad it worked :) Thanks for the suggestion also :)

Printed in PLA. Overall a very good design. My LCD screen for Pi is now happy :)

The case has a few small problems for me:
1. It's a little bit difficult to operate the buttons, so I've designed a small panel with pushers that can be glued to the case.
2. I use external speakers ( https://www.waveshare.com/8ohm-5w-speaker.htm), but the case has no opening to access the speaker connector.

Maybe in the future I will learn enough about Fusion 360 to remix the case to fit all my needs :)
Thanks for the excellent model! (edited)

@AndrewMatros_1349403 I'm glad it worked for you overall! Your button panel looks fantastic:)

Symbols above buttons failed for me. Wall was too thin. I see in other mskes people have these looking differently. Can you please post an stl file with the alternatives? As you can see, I added a bit of a robo-script from the Stray game, but the way I did it requires STL as input, I honestly don't know what are the other file types in download section.

Other than that, it works great, fits like a glove.

I figured that out, something weird is happening with normals near the symbols. Prusa Slicer resolves this differently than TinkerCad. But Prusa Slicer also shows faint squares around the symbols, so something's there that shouldn't be there. (edited)
