Filament Stress Sensor body with threads for pc4-m10 bowden fitting

Substitute a pc4-m10 fitting for the original ECAS04 fitting. 

I also recommend cutting the bowden tube that is inserted into the shuttle at about a 60 degree angle, to prevent jamming. 

Added BSP 1/8" threads to accept a pc4-m10 pneumatic fitting to prevent the bowden tube from coming loose. The original design accepts an ECAS04 fitting, but due to varying printer tolerances, this may come loose in some conditions.
