esp32 SuperMini enclosure with AC power - remix

I started with Luna's fantastic esp32 case and trimmed it down since I'm using an esp32c3 SuperMini. This isn't the prettiest remix on the inside, but it worked well for my needs. I made a bunch of these for espresense nodes around my home, and they work extremely well.

Sharing here in case these help someone else too.

• Narrowed the case since I'm using a smaller esp32
• Removed the requirement for threaded inserts
• Removed the external USB access
