I suggest a slightly different layer height for bottom and top (I use 0.2mm and 0.17mm), for smoother operation. I used fuzzy skin (outside only, and for the bottom part using a modifier block, so the threads don't get fuzzy). OR just use the PrusaSlicer 3mf file, where all that is already done.
