Based on the other holder arms provided by @BaGooN, I created a version to perfectly fit my TS100 soldering iron. This design uses only one screw for retaining the soldering iron, to preserve the ability to press both buttons on the side of the soldering iron. In my test print, I found one screw to be totally sufficient to hold the soldering iron rigidly.
If you haven't yet purchased a heat insert adapter for your TS100/TS101, I discovered this link (I am not affiliated): https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806317181073.html
I also added some drafts so that it can be more easily printed face down without requiring supports. Orient with the “ears” (spring holes) facing up. I printed using Bambu PETG at 25% infill, 0.20mm layer height, 6 walls, using the OEM 0.4mm nozzle. Everything seems strong.
The author remixed this model.
The holder arms provided in the original project didn't quite fit my TS100, so I made my own which preserves the screen and button inputs on the front.
