This cap has six holes so that you can insert electrodes for in-situ electrolysis and lines for CO2 sparging, in addition to the inflow/outflow lines.
There are two different designs with the holes in different orientations.
A special thank you to Rob Jess for creating this design!
Important: only use high-temperature plastics if you plan to heat-sterilize this cap. We use Prusa's Polycarbonate and Polycarbonate-CF
To avoid leaks, we add a 1/16" W, 3/4" ID, 7/8" OD o-ring underneath. It's secured with some high-temperature silicone. Tip: we put the uncured silicone into a syringe to apply.

This design add extra holes in different orientations to the Pioreactor vial cap, so that you can insert electrodes for in-situ electrolysis and lines for CO2 sparging, in addition to the inflow/outflow lines.
