Caravan Door Lock

I made this lock as a replacement for a broken door lock.

Additional material: 1 x M3 x 20 screw.

Printing and assembly instructions:

Recomendet Material: PETG (because PLA creeps under load)

Use at least four perimeters for stability.

Use some glue to fix the screw in the fastener. Otherwise it tends to loosen up during operation.

Tap the hole in the base only 7 to 10 mm deep to prevent the screw from loosening.

If you need it higher, just scale the riser in the z axis.

Update 05.06.2024:

I redesigned the lock to make it more durable. I also recommend, to use a 25mm or a 30mm M3 screw to fasten the knob for added stability.
