Stubby Slim Wand for Dyson V8

This is shortened version of the V8 Slim wand designed by murat. The original was too large to print on my Prusa Mini, so I reduced it by about 45 mm. Works very well. Spring is slightly tricky to install. I used a butter knife to hold it in place while I positioned the button, then slid the knife out and put the cap in place. Cap can be glued in place, but I found mine fit just right. Printed the original 3 years ago now, it sees almost daily use and is still holding up great!

Post-Printing
Extra parts required:
1x 5x15 soft spring (ball-point pen spring will do)

Insert the soft spring inside the hole under the button.
Slide the button in place while compressing the spring, making sure that it doesn't buckle.
Test that the button presses and releases fine, try it on the vacuum.
If the button works fine, close the button cavity with the cap. The cap may be a snug fit, so it may not be easy to remove it if you first test in place.
