The company still makes the device but no longer the holder, so I modelled this using a remix from thingyverse to replace a broken one. Works just as well as the original. (The design keeps being a bit flimsy due to the thin pins required for insertion into the device and layer orientation does not help.) Does the job though.
Printed in PETG (to avoid possible deformation in cars due to high temperatures in summer) and 0.2mm layer height with 0.6mm nozzle (as this was currently installed).
One corner turned out a little wonky, but does not affect functionality. Potentially you could slow down print speed near the top to avoid this.
No supports needed.

Changes the stand from vertical back to the original design from the manufacturer but with a bigger base plate to easily attach M3 strips for adhesion.
