Harbor freight tire changer TPU upgrade pack

These are designed to be printed in TPU and will be a massive upgrade to your manual tire changer. These parts protect the wheels you are working on and will help to keep your wheels from getting scratched.

Print 2 of the wheel guard, 4 feet, and one rod sleeve
the bottom pad I loaded up in 5mm and 7mm thickness i printed the 5mm and it seems fine

I printed with a .06 nozzle at .4 layer height with 3 wall lines and 40% infill with 95a shore hardness rated TPU

Have tested and they work great and holding up perfect so far. if you print them be sure to leave a comment and post a make.

UPDATE: 12/14/21  I have added a slim version of the rod sleeve since I ran into some wheels where the lug holes were too small for the current sleeve to fit through. overall diameter for this part is now 14.4mm which should be plenty of clearance for smaller wheels.
