emsa "melody" (and other) tea pot lever replacement

This is a replacement for a broken lever for an emsa “Melody” pot. I printed  in prusament PETg galaxy black.
 

UPDATE 1.12.2023 I added a second version. this is meant for an emsa pot with lid shown on last photo (version 2) use emsa_pot_lever_version2.stl and the shaft. Special thx to @lever_1510017 for donating the modified version

print Instructions

• I strongly recommend using PETG or stronger material.
• 3 perimeters
• 15% 3d honycomb infill
• 0,15 layer height
   

assembly

flip the lid upside down. Use some thin screw driver or iFixit like opening tools to unsnap the cover. Then take out the old lever (can be a bit tricky). Put the shaft into the new lever and put it into place. 

While the whole thing is take apart, I recommend cleaning all parts.
