In some of my own designs I use skateboard bearings (608 bearings). It can be difficult to mount or remove them, especially if the printed parts have tight tolerances. So I wanted to design a tool, that makes that much easier.

If pressing by hand does not work, use a hammer to tapp them in carefully with as little force as possible. I also added a second print file that uses 5 perimeters for a much stronger print.

I hope this little helper makes your lives easier!

Update 7.11.24;

I want to warn you, that this is not the propper way to install bearings in general, please use this way of mounting/unmounting bearings only for installing 608 bearings into 3D printed parts, where you do not have to apply a lot of force. If you use this tool with too much force you will either break the printed parts or damage the bearing itself.
