Machine Vice for Proxxon TBM 220

This machine vice is suitable for the Proxxon TBM 220 and the matching attachments. It works in the same way as the Proxxon MS4 machine vice, which is optional available for the drill. I have also uploaded the Fusion360 CAD files so that improvements can also be implemented. 

I have implemented a holder that keeps the jaw on track, as otherwise I found it a bit too wobbly. This requires 4 M2x8 countersunk screws and 4 M2 melt-in threads. However, the vice also works without this holder.

An M4x10 screw and two suitable washers are required to hold the spindle in position. The screw can simply be screwed into the spindle and not tightened completely so that everything can be turned easily.

Parts needed:

1x M4x10 screw

2x M4 washers

4x M2 melt-in threads (optional for jaw holder)

4x M2x8 countersunk screws (optional for jaw holder)
