I was having significant trouble using the bands on the v-groove pulleys and the motor mount solution in the original model. Bands work better with crowned pulleys so I redesigned the pulleys to have a larger lip and a crown profile. Now the bands will self-center and not slip off!
The new motor pulley now has a D profile hole to more securely fit the motor shaft.
I also designed a motor mount mechanism that uses 2x M3 2mm bolts attached via a thin sturdy support that is mounted on the rear plate.
Because the crowned pulleys are a bit different profile, I also included a new mid-size pulley mount for the tension arm, but I've found that with small enough bands, I don't even need a tension pulley anymore.
I fixed the threaded insert diameter hole in the mounting dowel to make the fit more secure.
Added a new midplate with a smaller hole for the motor to make the motor fit better.
There is also a new rear plate in this remix that includes an 8mm hole for mounting a female barrel connector jack if you want to improve the wiring of your OSWW/Winderoo.
