Birth Controller Holder with Replaceable Labels

This Birth Control Holder is designed around the Packet Size for Loryna, but should fit any packet that is roughly 90mm x 47mm. A few key features:

• Easy to slide the packet in and out, but holds it snugly enough to push pills through for use.
• The labels are fit loosely enough (on printer) to be taken in and out easily so that you can replace them for different start days.
• Can be printed either using multi color prints, or by leaving out the letters you can get an engraved look.

Settings for the Holder in the image:

• Printer: BambuLabs X1C
• Preset: 0.16mm Optimal (Though it looked fine in 0.2mm too)
• Material: BambuLabs Matte Dark Blue & Matte Ivory White PLA

Printing Advice:

• The auto-orientation in your slicer should be perfect for the top & bottom.
• If you're printing in multicolor, print the labels with the letters facing down, the angle on them is shallow enough to print without issue in that orientation and the letters come out much nicer looking.

What to Print:

• Holder Top
• Holder Bottom
• One of each label (for STLs, these are split into the label and it's letters – import both at the same time, and select “use as parts of the same object”).

Assembly:

The holder is printed in two parts + the labels. the Top & Bottom fit together reasonably well with friction, but I recommend putting a little bit of super glue in the corners to hold it together. Let the glue dry before inserting your packet for the first time to make sure it doesn't get glued in (I figured that out the hard way ;-) )
