I looked for a tiny and reversible antenna mod adapter (something with no glue, no sanding, no cut, and if I want to put old antenna back again, just pop off the adapter), but I found only a few large parts...
Just print it and put some pressure to assemble as you can see in the pictures.
It fits with just a little bit of pressure (not so much), so depending on the accuracy of the printer, you may want to change the X and Y scale (together) between 98~102%. In my case, I printed 100% as it was done.

I designed this piece in Blender, it was quick and easy, basically I put 3 circles with the dimensions of a caliper, I removed and soldered some vertices and extruded to 2.5mm.
