for fan fastening you need to cut m4 thread in hole. i used self made m4 tap and m4 x 20 screws.

use standard print settings.

don't forget to print adapter to reinstall proximity sensor. you will need to drill 3mm hole in fan fixing plate, use conductor for drilling - install conductor instead of proximity sensor, drill 3 mm hole. You also could need little longer m3 screw (12 mm should fit) and ordinary m3 nut for sensor installation.
