Cable Insert Tool For Textile Sleeves / Kabeleinführungswerkzeug für Textilhüllen - Prusa MK3/s/+

Behind the somewhat unwieldy name lies a small tool that can be a help for those who get beads of sweat on their forehead when thinking about changing a component that involves dismantling a textile sleeve on the MK series.

It is very easy to use. Place all the required cables in the tool, observing the working direction ( Fig. 1, arrow is working direction). Then place the textile hose under and around the tool and the cables (Fig. 2). Now you can grip the sleeve from below, place it in the palm of your hand (Fig. 3, red arrow) and slowly push the tool in the working direction (Fig. 3, blue arrow). This pushes the cables into the sleeve and it takes less than a minute to get the cables into the sleeve.

Hinter dem etwas sperrigem Namen verbirgt sich ein kleines Werkzeug das für die eine Hilfe sein kann, die Schweißperlen auf der Stirn bekommen, beim Gedanken an das Wechseln eines Bauteils, das die Demontage eines Textilschlauchs beim der MK-Serie bedeutet.

Die Verwendung ist denkbar einfach. Man setz alle benötigten Kabel in das Werkzeug und beachtet dabei die Arbeitsrichtung (Bild 1, Pfeil ist Arbeitsrichtung). Dann legt man die Textilschlauch unter und um das Werkzeug und die Kabel (Bild 2). Jetzt kann man den Schlauch von unten greifen, in die Handfläche legen (Bild 3, roter Pfeil) und das Werkzeug langsam in Arbeitsrichtung schieben (Bild 3, blauer Pfeil). Dabei werden die Cabel in den Schlauch gedrückt und es dauert keine Minute mehr um die Kabel in den Schaucht zu bekommen.
