I wanted to leave my vario on my cockpit but also make sure I don't scratch it up.

I cut the foam with a laser cutter, but you can also do that by hand by using the PDF as a guide. 

I got the foam from a local crafts store, is about 2mm thick and made by a company called glorex. Glue the top part in first, then the side part with the slot for the attachment loop and get that aligned. I recommend using some kind of clip to get the adhesion in the corners right.

Update / V2:

This new version has an opening so you can leave the cover on while charging the Omni.

Also, I've changed the design of the foam. It used to consist of two parts, now it's only one. Just align the tab between where the lanyard and the USB C cable go for perfect fit.
