Solid Mount for Harbor Freight Shop Lights

I bought a bunch of 4 foot 5500 lumen shop lights from Harbor Freight, but I wanted to solid mount them instead of them being loose on the chain. The fit is a little loose to allow for manufacturing tolerances, one for each side. Simple part, but useful. Recommend 4 perimeters, or enough to make the thin part solid plastic. 

Added an extended version. I am hanging some shop lights on the roof of my storage semi trailer, and they needed to be a bit longer to span the roof trusses.
