Internorm/Roto window hinge cover replacement

Thank you Sebastian (@Sebas) for sharing the FreeCAD source file. This is well done. I learned how to make such shapes.

This is the cover for the upper hinge. You can find the matching cover for the lower hinge here.

Resized and modified a little bit, to fit on my smaller hinges. ~( Width 22mm × Height 59mm)
