Folding Karambit Utility blade knife. I printed mine with Polymaker PA612 CF nylon filament.

Printing Notes:

I printed the final version in Nylon with 100% infill. My PLA test prints were definitely cleaner and required less clean up to assemble than the final version. So, depending on your printer settings you may need to clean up some of the Interlocking features to get them to fit right.

Assembly Notes:

I used CA Glue to glue the two handle pieces together before assembly. This seems to make it a little easier. I also used a little bit of silicone lube on the joints.

Additional Parts for Assembly:

6x M3 x 3mm x 5mm brass inserts

4x M3 x 12mm Screws

2x M3 x 5mm (or M3 x 8mm depending on how deep you set the insert.)

***Utility Blades are very sharp and can be dangerous. Print and use at own risk. ***

Differences of the remix compared to the original

I recreated the blade retainer to make it easier to change the blade. The left cover is now two piece with two retention screws, added a small tail and some very small spacers to the handle to account for the added thickness of the blade holder and I changed the right side parts to use m3x3mmx5mm brass inserts instead of nuts.
