Hello everyone! I needed a hanger for my level tool on my metal shelf, but I couldn't find anything that would fit my specific requirements. So, I created this simple hanger to meet my needs.

I used a shield-type plate for maximum stability in all directions and also for its aesthetic appeal. The hanger is very simple yet sturdy, even with 15% infill with PLA. The pole's length is 3cm, making it suitable for most level tools or any other items you wish to hang.

Printing Instructions:

  • Material: PLA/PLA+/PETG
  • Layer Height: 0.20mm
  • Supports: Everywhere, with the pole facing upwards.

To remove the support material, start by removing the bottom part first, and then carefully scrape away what's left between the shield and the pin. It may seem difficult at first, but with patience, it usually comes off after a few scrapes. Be cautious when scraping to avoid injuring yourself. It's recommended to do it facing away from you to prevent any accidents.

Installation:

To ensure it is sturdy and doesn't move around, it's designed to be a tight fit. Push it in sideways first, making sure the metal is between the shield and the pin. Then, apply slight force until it clicks into place, and slide it down to ensure it's fully seated. If done correctly, your hanger should be as sturdy as shown in the preview.

If you find this design useful, please leave a like. It's always motivating to see that people appreciate your work. I hope you find this small hanger useful, and if you have any suggestions, please leave them in the comments.

Thank you for downloading and happy printing! :)
