These parts are designed to use a few solid layers on the bottom and then a continuous and unbroken profile all the way up the part. Prusa and Slic3r call this vase mode, while Cura calls it spiralize.
I've got a few air pruning trays from Neversink and they're great! I wanted a few more cells and decided to design a little two-by-two cell with air pruning features built into each cell.
32mm cells give you 128 per 1020 tray
42mm cells give you 72 per 1020 tray
64mm cells give you 32 per 1020 tray
The parts will be sensitive to scaling, due to a double-back on the walls. A few percent either way should be okay, but consult your layer preview. If you have a size you would really like to print, just let me know and I can configure a new file.
