Cannondale bike phone holder adaptor

If you have a phone holder like the one shown in photo, this shim will allow you to fix it to a Cannondale bike stem.

Push two 3mm countersunk screw through the holes in the bracket into the bike stem holes. The don't screw in, they just push in firmly and keep the bracket from rotating, and are stronger than plastic. Remove the handlebar bracket part of the bike holder Then screw the bolt supplied with the phone holder through the phone holder and shim and screw it into the threaded hole in the Cannondale stem.
