I created an alterative blade holding disc for my "AL-KO Robolinho 500". I also add a version for "AL-KO Robolinho 822" and "AL-KO Robolinho 1200". The diffrent is the disc diameters. 500 has a 15 cm diameter disc. 822 has a 22 cm diameter disc. 1200 has a 17 cm diameter disc.
In order to create a sufficient oscillating weight, use a lot of infill, but at least for better stability, use a few more filled perimeter layers.
I used PETG instead of PLA, to have more stability.
You need to add support, atleast at the bot shaft mount point in the center and the screw holes of the blades. Take a look at my support suggestion illustration.
I have also published my OpenSCAD design file, feel free to adapt the disc to your needs.
Update: I also created a 17 diameter version where the blades can rotate if they hit something hard. For the benefit of easier printing, there is also a version were I have dispensed with the mulching feature, where the blades are alternately mounted high.
