Cable Tie Mount

FreeCAD model of a cable tie mount customizable via spreadsheet and configuration tables.

The cable diameter and tolerance are modified in the “Config” section of the data panel. In the section there are 2 drop downs for zip tie and screw.

The possible values for zip tie and screw can be entered in the configuration tables. There are several rows provided to enter the dimensions (and names) of your standard types. The meaning of the screw values are described in the picture “screw” (default invisible). After entering the dimensions of your favorite ties and screws this model should be saved.

After preparing the configuration tables the actual cable tie mount objects are configured with entering only the cable diameter and selecting the zip tie and screw types.

In slicing I've modified the part under the screw head to infill 100%.
