We got custom cupboard doors made for our kitchen but asked to drill the holes for the handles ourselves. The handles we had in mind were Stil 555.
The drill guide was designed in FreeCAD and is parametric, so it should (in theory) be possible to edit it by just altering some numbers in the spreadsheet.
The design aimed to take advantage of PETG's bendability and leverage that to make one drill guide that could make holes in any corner of a cupboard door.
Printing with a 0.6 mm nozzel is recommended so that the wall thicknesses match up somewhat. It is recommended to increase the width of internal perimiters so that 2 internal perimiters + 2 external perimiters = 3 mm. If this isn't possible with your printer then the “Väggtjocklek” parameter can be decreased.
A flexture that can be used for making holes at any corner of a cupboard door and that will fit a Stil 555 handle with 87 mm hole spacing and 4 mm screws.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
