Recommend a food-safe material. I have been using PLA, known to be at least non-toxic.

The model should be printed with supports. The original plan was to design it not requiring supports, but I did not have time to refine it.

The large flat surface is recommended to be facing down. The lever should be printed on the longer side to ensure the locking mechanism can flex without straining the filament.
