"Pen" Holder

I keep almost losing my "pen" or leaving it somewhere I can't remember. This device holds an 11mm cylinder in place snugly, and has holes for a lanyard, includes a belt or pocket clip, and sits inclined when removed to keep the "ink" pooled in the right spot.
